About Us

Our Mission

We start every job with a look at the damage and a clear estimate before any work begins. No guessing, no surprise add-ons once we're under the hood. Once you approve the plan, we get to work, whether that's straightening a panel, pulling a dent, or matching paint to your exact finish. You'll get updates throughout the repair, so you always know where things stand. We've been doing auto body repair in Richmond for over 5 years, and we've worked with more than 250 Richmond drivers in that time. Straightforward process, straightforward service.

Our Approach

A fender bender and a full collision don't take the same amount of work, so we don't pretend they do. We explain the repair before we begin, so you know what's involved and why it takes the time it takes. A dent repair might wrap up quick. Paint work that has to match the rest of your panel takes longer to get right. We're Richmond collision specialists, and we've worked with over 250 customers across more than 5 years here. Every job gets a clear estimate first and updates as the repair moves along.
